Safety
To ensure you have a safe and secure experience our store is equipped with full scope high definition security cameras and alarm system. All government ID is check before entering the store and each Tonik associate is fully CannSell licensed as per the AGCO cannabis retail requirements. To ensure a safe space we pride ourselves on maintaining cleanliness, daily cleaning routines are in place to ensure an enjoyable and safe experience.
Policy
To gain entrance to our store you must be 19 years of age or older and show government photo ID. You must show your full face to security upon entry. No minors are allowed in the store under any circumstances. Our store holds the rights to ID check every person who walks through our door no matter your age. No weapons or dangerous objects are permitted in the store. All large bags can be subject to search prior to entering the store. No foul language, harassment, or aggressive behave toward staff or other customers is tolerated and you may be denied entry or sales under any of these circumstances.
COVID-19
We understand that we live in unprecedented times, so for the safety of our staff and all customers we require everyone who wishes to enter the store to wear a proper face covering which covers your nose and your chin. We require all customers to use hand sanitizer upon entry and to wear your mask for the duration of your visit as per Ontario Health regulations.
